Fonte D'Aqui, located in Pampilhosa Parish, has a configuration of a dive source, consisting of a tank where water is born, which bubbles clear and clear between the bottom stones; but being of calcareous nature, although fresh is not of pleasant taste.
The fountain is covered by a stone poial, where the women used the pitchers or canecos to help themselves or wait their turn.
The name of Fonte D'Aqui is well known for its proximity to the place, because on the slope of Brejoeira, beyond the river Certima, there is another source of diving, also quite ancient, called - Fonte d'Além as opposed to the one that was close.
